Hello. The former pastor at our church set up our camera system. He is no longer with us, and we need to reset our equipment to use it again. I have done a factory reset, but all I get is an error that says it is unable to claim this device. I have tried contacting support, but it says I don't have a plan. So I tried to purchase a plan, and it won't let me, because I don't have any cameras listed. I can't add my cameras, because they are tied to the former pastor's username. Any help would be appreciated.

If he is cooperative, contact him and ask him to remove the cameras and base station(s) from the old account.

As above, the OLD user name/ pw MUST remove the equipment from their account before you can claim it.
