I went to Arlo’s site and put my registered email address in the upgrade code tool and it said it couldn’t find it. I used the chat and the agent looked me up, verified eligibility and gave me an upgrade code to use. I’m trying to buy Arlo Secure and it won’t accept the code he gave me. I’ve wasted so much time and effort already in the queue the first time and now I’m back in the infernal queue again, and as soon as it gets down to only 2 people ahead of me, it boots me out and I have to start over. This is so infuriating, how do you expect to get any long term success treating customers this way.

After a couple of hours on the chat help, they were able to give me a code that wouldn’t work for the annual plan but it did work for the monthly plan. So, I didn’t get what I intended to buy but it works for now.
