 Any idea what this is? I've been thru this app 50 times...Zero clue.

It's calling your attention to a setting that might need to be updated.  For instance, if it detected that you moved the camera, you will see this indicator to remind you to adjust the activity zones.

If you go deeper into settings, you should see the orange dot next to the setting you should check.
