I can not set up my wife’s phone for her to be able to open Arlo. I send the request but when setting up on her phone doesn’t find any cameras or system can’t connect with my system. What do I do?

Anyone who has been granted access does not set up the system - it's already set up. Assuming she has followed the emailed directions, she would simply log in and any cameras you selected to display will show up.
