To Arlo
I have tried to lock in on my app, but it Will not open up.
I tried to delete and reinstall the app, but nothing happens.
Can you help me with that problem.

What phone device and iOS/Android OS version are you running? Have you tried reinstalling the Arlo app AND reboot your phone device to see if that helps?
