I have a total of 7 cameras, and two base stations.

I setup a second base station because some cameras were showing very poor signal when using a single station.

I synced two of the cameras to the new base station.

When i login through the website i can see live video from all cameras, including the ones sync to the second base station.

However, when i try do to it from the iOS app, i cannot see live video from the two cameras synced to the new base station. The cameras show in the list but show an overlay with the message "This Arlo device is offline". I still get notifications when there's motion, and can see recorded video in the library though.

Here's what's interesting: i have a multi account setup, and when i login with a non admin account using an iOS device, i am able to see live video with no issues from all cameras.

I've contacted Arlo support twice in the last few months, the first time the agent said both of the iOS devices i used were the issue. The second time the agent acknowledged the issue and said it was a known bug, and asked me to be patient.

I haven’t really had many issues with Arlo, and would like to expand the setup I have with the new lights and doorbell, but I’m skeptical based on how long it’s taken them to help me resolve the issue.

I’m resorting to the community since Arlo support seems to be very dismissive of the issue. Does anyone have any ideas of how to resolve the issue?

For the record, I’m in the “Arlo Smart Premier” plan.

Hi @mfrr1118,

Our engineering team is aware and currently investigating about users reporting their cameras are showing offline on their mobile devices when connected to the second base station. We will provide an update when we hear more about this.
