What number do I call for support?

The issue was caused by my being on a work WiFi when trying to stream live through my phone. Resolved when I turned off WiFi, and used my own data, or returned to my own WiFi account.

Can you provide more detail on the issue? Do you see the same behavior when trying to live stream from all devices? Do you see this on all of your cameras?
