Unable to connect 4th camera to base unit

I am having trouble trying to connect my 4th camera to the base station.

 

The first 2 cameras connected with no issues at all. The 3rd camera would not connect. Eventually after taking the battery out and putting it back in the 3rd camera connected.

 

I did try the same process with the 4th camera but unfortunately that didn't work.

 

The steps to connect I am completing are:

 

  • Press base station sync button - Light flashes green
  • Press sync button on camera - Light on camera flashes slow blue
  • Both base station and camera lights flash for 1-2 mins, then camera flashes fast amber and then stops
  • Base station light returns to solid green

 

I am connected to the internet via a Netgear Nighthawk D7800 modem.

 

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!

There does seem to be a somewhat common occurance of this.  I'd try removing all devices from Settings, My Devices and start fresh. Reset the cameras by pulling batteries.  Use the Add Device button in the Devices tab to add the base and sync the cameras. If these are Pro cameras, maybe try plugging them into the power supply when syncing.  Any luck?

I have tried with but with no success - in fact it has gotten worse as now as only 1 camera will connect now - please help!
