I added a 16GB USB drive to my Arlo Pro basestation. Today I removed the drive to view some videos that were no longer online. The quality of the viodeo was so poor that I couldn't even tell whcih camera it was from. My cloud videos have great quality it is just the local storage that is terrible.

Any ideas on how to correct this?

Can't see the pics til the group admins authorise them. I assume you're using VLC to view the videos. Someone said earlier about changing the viewing resolution to get a better picture??

Others, usually on a Mac, have had issues with viewing videos from the USB device.  Updating to the latest version of VLC has always worked.

I'm going to try this on a windows machine later. I'll let you know how it goes
