Sound Activated

I turned on sound activated for one camera. It does record sound but I want it to activate the camera on sound. Can I do that? If not is there an upgrade or new version that would?

Sound activation for recording is in your modes and rules. Is that where you're trying to turn it on?

It is turned on. Even loud noise does not activate the camera. Documents imply it will work. Wondering if my system is not capable. Purchase in 2017

If you truly have a Pro camera it's capable. The fact that you can select audio detection also means you have the right camera. 

Try removing and resyncing the camera - maybe it just got stupid. If still not working, use the Contact Support link at the bottom here to see if they can help. It's out of warranty so no replacement. If you have another camera, try using that one, too.
