I setup an Arlo Pro (the base with 3 units from Costco) for a neighbor while he was away for the winter using my own email account and now I'd like to switch it to his. Unfortunately when I try to do that it says his email already exists (probably from his registering a Netgear product). This doesn't seem like a "rocket science" thing to do and I'm guessing it's just a poorly designed sharing of user account between sites in the Netgear ecosystem but I can't be the first one to have this issue....can I? Anybody ever run across this? Thanks, Jeff

firstly, remove all the cameras and base station from your account. Then log into his account and add the devices starting with the base then add the cameras.
