Speaker in camera is it not working

When I speak to the phone no sounds comes out in my speaker. All my other cameras work except one. The system is fairly new . This has been going on for months. Emailed arlo and got no help.

If all your other cameras work fine and this doesn't, you might have a faulty camera. If you can get an RMA from a netgear support agent, that's probably the  best. If you need it sorted by returning it to your retailer, you may need to return the entire kit for a new one, which is a bit of a pain
