Solved - Arlo Pro Cameras Not Recording to Library 2021

I have 4 Arlo Pro cameras purchased in 2017 plus one Pro2 camera purchased in 2019. I hadn’t used my system for a few months and today I charged all the batteries, unplugged/re-plugged in base station & turned on all cameras. All cameras showed up in app & all firmware updated, but only one camera would record and save in library. I tried everything to no avail but still only one camera recording showed up in the library. (I have the legacy 7-day free recording plan) Well, I finally figured it out! On the app, go to Library, choose FILTER (top left) and choose DEVICE then make sure all your devices are chosen “ALL”, then choose both video & audio. After I did this, all the videos from the past two hours of me trying to figure it out populated in the LIBRARY, yay! So the cameras were each recording after all, just not visible due to the FILTER settings. I hope this helps and saves someone else from hours of frustration! Ok, I love my Arlo system again!  🙂 Vikki
