Can the Smartphone app be on more that one phone? We have one Andro

Yes... there are apps for Android and IOS.  ( PC is via browser at https://arlo.netgear.com/   )

 

 

There can only be one PRIMARY owner and if the Primary signs in on second device then the first device gets closed...if you need you have another USER view at the same time then the PRIMARY owner can GRANT ACCESSS to share the cameras
