I am using the Arlo Android app version 2.7.8_25585

 

I have a custom mode that dictates that some cameras will be on( motion activated) and others off

 

I have scheduled that during the from 8am to 8pm the phone will be in this custom mode.

 

From 8pm to 8am the schedule is set to alarmed.

 

I use geofencing home is set to schedule and away is set to alarm.

 

When I log in to the app and set to geofencing it says geofencing enabled. However, none of the cameras respond to motion. 

 

I log back into the app and the mode is set to disarmed despite still have a notification from arlo saying geofencing is enabled.

 

I click to change the mode and when I get to the mode select screen it says geofencing is chosen.

Hi @Error720 ,

 

We are investigating a Goefencing issue related to Schedule. 

 

Does Geofencing work for you if you set Home to a Mode, like Armed?

Geofencing only seems to malfunction when using along side schedule
