Second account and new app issue not recognizing all devices

I have two base stations, Each at different locations. I Downloaded new app and tried to add second location to new app. After deleting and granting access from the one location/account to the other base station with 5 cameras, the main account limited the total cameras to 5 only showing me 3 of the original 5 cameras from the main account after adding 2 cameras from secondary. So it removed 2 of the 5 cameras on the main account and added two cameras from the one with shared access. Is this a bug? Or is is a scheme for the new app to force subscriptions when it is inappropriate since it’s two locations? It’s anyone experienced this? How do I fix it?? Help!

It may be the new software but if so your the first to mention this issue...

 

1) test and do all on a computer with browser { https://my.arlo.com } to see if it's the system or the app.

2) use two logins with separate pw/emails

3 ) upgrade your account , you do get more bennies than just camera numbers
