I have two ## Arlo pro systems and a new ##Arlo ultra 2 system. I had to get a new router and am unable to get any of the systems on line. they do not sure up on the app when trying to connect. I am ready to return all 12 of my cameras due to lack of support!!! I have done the chat as far as it would let me go. I have tried to find a phone number with no luck and am getting extremally frustrated due to lack of ease to get support. I have done factory resets

Phone support requires a subscription.  If the cameras are no longer in the account, it can be hard to reach them, since you normally go into the support area of the app and then choose a camera in the subscription plan.

Were you able to get the hub(s) back on line? 

 

If not, then what is the status of the LEDs?
