Having issue with Pro cameras - they haven’t been used in a year and now set up with new Smart Hub today - they sync and set up all ok until I remove from charger.
I have 3 cameras and all the same issue, the minute I remove charger (showing fully charged in app) they go offline which seems odd all 3 would have the same battery issue - any ideas as the support chat wasn’t the most helpful, just factory reset with no result and a promise to get back to me.

Had you allowed the camera batteries to go flat? They need to have at least 5% charge before you can recharge them.
