Do you know what your account username  (email address) is?

That I don't know but the name would have been under Packer if that helps.

That doesn't help me, as I don't work for Arlo (so I have no access to any user account information).

If you have a subscription plan, then your credit card would be billed (generally monthly).  Unlikely that would continue for 4 years w/o your noticing.

I suggest that you set up a new Arlo account (with a current email address), and see if you can add the base station to it.  If that works, you can try re-adding the cameras.

If that fails, please give us the details (what errors you see, and LED status from the base and cameras).  Screenshots would be useful (erasing any confidential info).
