I just noticed the videos by my Arlo Pro cameras are no longer available.
did the free subscription ho away?

Once again, camera activations are alerting, but not posting to the library.
This happens far to often and diminishes the credibility of the system reliability.
There are no power outages, alarms earlier in the morning are showing fine.
This needs to be fixed!!!

I don’t use a USB device, maybe I should. However, when you’re 100’s of miles away from the system, a USB device has absolutely no value for responding to activations.
The fact that videos can arbitrarily, intermittently be omitted and not transmitted to the app is troublesome. In this recent case, several nuisance alarms were received complete with alerts and video. Then an alert was received less than 20 minutes later, but no video came through the app. Again, roughly another 20 minutes later, another alert and video were received. There was no power outage, no internet outage.
Something simply failed in the transmission of that video.
I sincerely hope that Arlo is working to eliminate system glitches and failures like this.

I get phone alerts from all 4 of my Pro 2 cameras, but it stopped recording videos! This leaves me vulnerable and my system virtually useless! What’s going on? I have always had free 7 day cloud storage and now suddenly nothing!

Can you make a manual recording while livestreaming one of the cameras?
Do you see "Library" in your app menu? Or do you instead see "Dashboard" and "Feed"?

I suggest force-closing the app or alternatively restarting the phone, and see if that makes any difference.
