When I go to my library to look at my recordings they begin to load and then disappear completely without choosing or wanting to delete them. How do I stop this from happening? I’ve never had it happen before unless I have chosen to delete them, which in this case I have not.

That doesn't look like they've disappeared but that the connection to display them is having an issue. I haven't seen the totally blank display before so I'm guessing you're on iOS (I have Android and the web). Have you rebooted the phone and reinstalled the app?

Thanks. I’ll give that a try. The pic I showed was them loading in. This one attached is what happens as they finished loading.

Huge thanks! Reinstalled and everything is there but the one camera that I can’t seem to get to record.

Check your active mode to verify that an appropriate rule is set for that camera. If so, try removing and resyncing that camera. Be sure to set up a rule for that camera in any custom modes again.
