Recordings are no longer showing in library. I should have the free rolling 7 day cloud storage. I have 2 cameras. I have tried all of the suggestions from the bot chat, nothing worked and I’m “not entitled” to a live person because I don’t pay for a plan.

Mbornemann,
Are you using the web client from a PC or the mobile app on Android/iOS? Do both behave the same way?
Are you able to live stream and manually record?
