Recorded videos not showing up after notification

I have a motion rule set on our entryway camera and I get alerts when there is motion. When I go to look at the recorded video, there is nothing there. I am using the newest app, just to answer that question. I recently hooked up a USB hard drive to my base station to see if that might help, but I am still not seeing any videos when I receive a motion notification.

Hi @Möbius

 

Have you tried to reboot the camera & test the motion recordings again? You can also try and remove the camera from Settings > My Devices > Re-Add.

We had a power outage last week for about 30 min. and when everything came back on, the notifications and recordings worked. I did try rebooting the base station, but something about the power being off reset things and as or right now, things ware working.
