Recorded too long of a video with motion in the first 5 seconds (arlo pro)

New arlo user. Set up 1 day ago. Cameras have been setup without issues. Things were working good until today something odd happened. There was a 5m42s recording on a camera that was set only for 25s. This thread looks like folks have had issues before but more than a year ago.

Was there a fix or do users still find this happening?

Unknown as to why, but an easy fix should be as follows;

Open battery door , remove pack and a few seconds later replace

go to setting and remove device

power cycle the base with the off-on button, let it come back online

resync the camera as if new ( quick push on sync button, don't hold )
