So I'm at work- can't install an Arlo app on a work machine etc.

Can I look at streams and clips via just an approved browser with typical common plugins like flash?

There's no app for a computer - just use a browser to https://arlo.netgear.com. Be aware that many companies block access so it may not work. If so, use a smartphone with the app while using cell service, not WiFi.
