Month and a half ago I shut off Arlo system in frustration. Would send motion alerts but wouldn’t record videos in library. Tried everything to remediate to no availability. Yesterday, fired the system back up and received all of the latest firmware for all cameras and the vmb400r3 base station. Updated iOS apps on phone and tablet. I see the previous notification/no video issue has been replaced with videos downloaded in the library that can’t be watched. The operation could not be completed..........is the error message. Anyone else having this issue?

Figures. I think they’re a lot more people with the same issue. Unfortunately, all of the troubleshooting steps suggested by NG are useless. Been there and done that months ago and recently. Firmware issue. System is useless without videos to be reviewed and as usual, crickets from NG.

Est44-my issue is resolved. I removed all devices from the app and reinstalled the base and 3 cams. I had previously performed this earlier in the day, but figured why not try again. Everything is working. I’d suggest the aforementioned.

Change your recording time to 30 seconds. THis worked for the same issue I was having. Recordings play fine now.
