In an appartment with 2 floors I have 2 base stations (1 on each floor) with 5 Arlo Pro cameras connected to each base station (totally 10 cameras). About 1 week ago suddenly the base station and cameras on floor A appeared as 'offline', whereas the ones on floor B were still working normally. After reinstallation of all cameras on floor A the cameras on both floors worked but the following day, the base station and cameras on floor B now appeared 'offline'. We then reinstalled all on floor B and everything on floor A and B worked for a few hours but in the evening the cameras on floor B were suddenly 'offline' again (the cameras on floor A continued to work normally). I must add that the whole installation and reinstallations were done by a professional. How can this happen? Were there any updates in the past 2 weeks? We are puzzled and shall appreciate your help and guidance.

First, you need to determine if the systems were actually offline. What were the LEDs on each base showing when "offline"? If all were green, it's a display issue. Logging out and back in as well as trying both the app and a browser are valid troubleshooting attempts. Power cycling the bases will frequently work, too, just more of a brute force attempt.

If the LEDs are not all green, that's a different story which may related to recent firmware issues.

Thank you for your suggestions but nothing helped. In the end we had to start from scratch by re-installing the wifi system, the arlo base station, as well as all cameras. For the last 6 days all has been working ok. So, let's hope for the best. Thank you anyway
