I have had a 4 camera Arlo pro system for about a year and one of the batteries recently failed. The camera it was in is dead and the battery will not charge. I've tried using the battery in different cameras as a test and confirmed that the problem does seem to be with the battery and not the camera itself.

The battery was at roughly 50% charge when it failed. Is this type of equipment failure covered by product warranty or would I need to buy a new battery?

Has it been over a year? If less, I'd try get a warranty replacement otherwise just go out and buy a new one

It has been less than a year and it turns out it's not the battery. A day after I switched the batteries the same thing happened again. I will be returning the camera for a replacement.

Thank you for the help.
