when my Arlo picks up a motion it immediately sends to notification but may take hours for it to show up in my library. Has anyone else had this problem? Does anyone have a solution? Thank you

A cloud update has been deployed that should resolve this issue. Please let me know if you continue experiencing delayed content.

This has happened a few times and is typically an issue with the cloud servers. Normally the Netgear engineers sort it out pretty quickly but if it isn't fixed for you soon, contact support

I have escalated this topic to engineering for further investigation.
Can you confirm if this is still happening and if it is, do you see this behavior with every motion detection event?
