Receiving notifications but no new videos

Everytime there is new activity on either of my cameras, rather than showing the actual number of new videos in the library, I get a notification that there are 1600+ new videos in the library. I have tried deleting ALL of the stored videos numerous times to see if that would help with no luck. Any help or advise would be appreciated.

Is this happening on your the app and on the web? Do you have a screenshot where the notification will show that you have 1600+ new videos in the library?

I don’t usually access my arlo account only. This is solely from the app. It won’t let me attach a file in this reply for some reason. I can email it if you like.
