I cannot even get it to save a new password or email me a link

Hello yodamom,

Were you able to reset your password? The option to save will be greyed out if:

• The two passwords entered don't match
• You are entering a previously used password
• The minimum password criteria is not met

If you are still having issues resetting your password, please provide more information as to the error you are seeing or what is occuring when you try to reset your password.
