Push notifications amd email not working since update on 6-25-2020. Tried relogging and rebooting.

Since app update on 6/25 push notifications--tone and email--have stopped (they worked previously). I have tried all of the following:

log off and login, reboot phone, reset hub, deleted and then reloaded app, double checked all settings and push notifications...all to no avail.

 

I see on the message boards that this has occurred with previous updates. None of the solutions posted there have worked.  Arlo do you have a solution?

Hi dbrowers,

 

Are you still have this issue? What phone device and OS system are you using?

 

Also, try testing by using the default "Armed" mode if you're not using that mode.
