The time stamp on all recordings is 7 hours ahead of the actual time, no matter which time zone I set on the base station. I have restarted the base station, but the problem remains.

Any chance you can provide a screenshot of the library videos/timestamp with the time showing in the top of your phones screen?

Hmm, If you open the Arlo app > Select the library tab > Does it show your phone/devices native time at the top of your phone while seeing the row of library videos?

You can send @ShayneS a private message (PM) by clicking on the envelope icon in the upper right of the forum page.
You can attach either a .png image file or a .jpg image file in the PM. If you have a .jpeg you will need to rename the extension from jpeg to jpg on a PC.
