Pro not recording

I’ve had my 3 Pro cameras for over 2 years now and honestly, no problems. I’ve recently added an Essential camera to my collection and nothing but problems.
First, I had to reset my entire system and then when I finally get all cameras back online, my Pro cameras aren’t recording but I’m getting notifications of movement.
My new Essential is the only one recording….
I plan to reset it all again but wondering if anyone has any insight for me or experienced anything similar?

I haven't had this particular problem.

 

But I suggest that you first see if you can make a manual recording from the Pro cameras.  I also suggest checking the rules for the cameras, and make sure that recording is selected.
