I have separated from my previous workplace. My email which I used to registered with Arlo is inactivated. Now, I forgot my password, they kept send PIN or CODE to my old email but I do not have any access. How do I reset password?
Can I reset the base station to factory setting and restart with new account?

You won't be able to add the cameras/base to a new account until they are removed from the current account.
Support might be able to help you change the email address, but the new policy will require you to pay for support.
