Missed recording

Why is it you have five cameras so that you don’t have to have a membership unless you add a six camera And if you only want four or five days worth of recordings you don’t have to pay for a membership but why is it when you put new batteries in the night before and then there’s an incident the following day Where are the police came And there is not one of the three cameras showing any kind of capture other than me but not the the person breaking the law I can’t press charges if I don’t have any kind of video from this person vandalizing my property do I have to pay for these particular videos even though it’s only two days old?

Can you provide more detail regarding the issue you are experiencing?

Did you try adjusting the sensitivity or position the camera? Depending on the location/positioning of the camera motion is best detected from Side to Side, not coming straight towards the camera & can detect motion within 25'.
