I have a pro three camera that I have had for five or six years and only recently it stopped detecting motion. But if I select the live mode, it does work so I know the camera itself is working. I have tried to reset it a dozen times And the lenses all clear and clean. What else can I do?

Have you run the motion detection test?

Have you checked to make sure you arent being caught out by the recent smart notifications issue? As in, if you have smart notifications disabled then you wont get any recordings.
