Recently installed two Arlo Pro wifi cameras to the front of our house as three of our cars have had the catalytic converters stolen. For the past three nights the cameras send an alert. When I view the video I can't see much as the cameras are intentionally blinded by flashlights. Any ideas on how to prevent this with camera settings?

No...any camera that has a good beam of light aimed at the lens will more than likely get washed out .
Maybe you could place some cameras in a more discrete location ( with IR Off ) and throw in some good motion activated floodlights
Lots of light usu is a big factor in any location
