Outdoor charger not recharging

I installed the official outdoor camera charger cable yesterday. Initially it worked, then it stopped working, worked again today but now I’m getting a notification saying the cable isn’t supported? So strange. I’m using an official Arlo outdoor cable?

"Our team is working hard to remedy this issue and will provide you with an update in the coming weeks."

They are aware of the issue and will come up with a plan of action soon for all of those folks who purchased them.

If you are still in the return period, take the power adapter back. You will be waiting a long time for Netgear.
