I’ve have 2 Arlo Pro cameras and one of the cameras will not take a charge. I ordered replacement batteries. I put a replacement battery in and it took one charge but now it won’t charge again. However the other camera I have takes and holds it’s charge so it’s not the cable or charging adaptor. What do I need to do to get this camera up and running again?

Are these Arlo batteries or third party?

What happens if you swap the batteries in the two cameras?

These are 3rd party batteries. If I switch the batteries then the other camera won’t work. Do you think it’s because they’re 3rd party batteries?

So that sounds like a defective battery

Hard to say.  Arlo doesn't recommend 3rd party batteries, but that doesn't necessarily mean they don't work.  But in this case (when the problem moves with the battery), it's clear where the problem is.

even tho a third party battery...

try this procedure, you may have drained it to low to accept charge
