Not recording & date shows Oct 15 and its the 16th. Camera also not saving. Tried motion test, etc.

Camera has stopped recording for a week now I am getting alerts but does not record and not saving recordings and date is not current. I have tried to do the motion test and have re installed batteries and still not saving any recordings and date is still off any suggestions?
