Hello,

I have an Arlo Pro Wire-free HD (VMS4430).
One of my cameras only connects to the base when it is charging.
While plugged in the app shows a power cord icon for both. It functions while plugged in. When I disconnect power it becomes off-line immediately.
How do i solve this issue ?
I bought it in Jan17 and just now i am installing it and it is happening

Could be either a bad battery or a bad camera. If you have another camera, swap batteries to see what happens. In any case swap at the store.
