Arlo|Smart Home Security|Wireless HD Security Cameras

One Arlo Pro camera won't send motion notifications. Other cameras are fine. Tried re-syncing.

One camera will not send notifications of motion to cloud or phone. Two other cameras are fine. I have turned on/off several times and re-synced

Model: VMC4030 | Arlo Pro Wire-Free Camera

Ok.  Are you using the "armed" mode, or have you created a custom mode?

 

Have you tried the motion detection test to confirm that the camera is picking up motion reasonably well?

How are the notifications set up?  Are you filtering out "all other motion"?  If so, try enabling everything.
