 Phone (Android) receives notifications of images taken by the Arlo camera, and the Devices (camera) screen indicates the number of images taken, but  when tryiing to view the images  there is  nothing there. When I return back  to the Devices screen, the number of images changed to "0" . Eventually, hours later , the images show up even though the "Devices" screen shows the number of images to be "0". What is happening?

Hi @Cagennad,

 

Have you check try to check the filters on your library? Try to filter to see all cameras to see if you see the images/videos from your library.

Problem: no image was displayed in library when device screen recorded an alert and indicated the "number" of alerts.   However, the images did eventually appear on the library screen much later, even though the device screen indicated "0" alerts.  This happened on several occasions in the past, but hasn't occured since it was reported.

Try to log out, uninstall the app, restart your phone, and reinstall it and test it again. Also, try checking on the web client to see if you are persisting this issue too.
