How long is warranty for Arlo Pro?

What is the warranty on the Arlo Pro Camera and Battery?

Mine purchased 1 year and 1 month ago just died.

It had a great battery life, it lasted more than 6 months when it worked but just died before the 3rd charge.

I believe it's one year. Which country are you in? What's the camera doing? Have you tried troubleshooting it?

Hello,

The battery is not charging anymore. It has been charged less than 3 times.

When plugged, it does show the battery is charging in the app.

After a night charge using the Arlor charger and cable, the camera won't turn on when not plugged. It does turn on when plugged.

I am in the US.

In the US it's one year. If you bought the kit less than one year ago, I'd either go back to the retailer or hit up Support via the bottom of this page to get an RMA
