Hello,

 

Like many others I'm also having the 'do not qualify for offer' issue.   I have 4 VMC4030 cameras and haven't gotten any communications about the EOL and the offer page says my e-mail doesn't qualify.  My account/cameras were activated in 2018.

 

Can Arlo please assist?

Live in the US?

 

 I live outside of US and not entitled for any upgrade offer either.
