Hi Everyone
Just wondering why my arlo Carmera's are not recording motion.
Last night someone attempted to steal my dads car off the drive and the camera didnt pick up a thing.
When I view the camera on the App this message always appears on one of the Camera's but never on the other camera. : A charging fault has been detected. Unplug and reconnect the charger from the camera side of the plug. If this error message persists, see KB article for Charging Faults. Could that be something to do with it ?
The Camera's both have the same USB Cable with the Batteries removed. Is there anyway to download footage from the camera ?
Thanks

Hi @dobbsy,
Make sure to use the Arlo charging cable when charging your Arlo Pro camera. And if you have the video recorded, it should be in your library and you can download from there.
