For 2 weeks now I rarely get live feed, it's always reading getting status... It's fully charged, I've reset it....HELP... KINDA SUCKS

Hi @annelso12,
Is this happening when you're trying to view the live feed on your Arlo app on your phone or web client on your computer? Have you tried rebooting your Base Station to see if that helps too?

Like other concerns I've noticed. I also have to wait a long time watching"getting status" before the live feed is available. My daughter's is the primary phone and camera is in her house. She doesn't have the problem.

Where are you viewing your live feed at? Is this happening on both your Arlo app on your phone device and/or web client on your computer?
