No recordings in my library. Arlo pro

After we downloaded the new app no recordings in our library

did you try making a manual recording to see if that worked?

 

Also, did you try using the web interface ( https://my.arlo.com ) from a PC, and check for recordings there?

I’m having this same issue for the past couple of days.  I can trigger a manual recording and it does show up in the library and I can also run a motion test and the LED indicates that it is seeing motion.

 

I have another Arlo Pro on my other door that is behaving exactly as expected.  It’s just this camera.

Have you tried to reboot the camera or remove from Settings > My Devices > Re-Add them?
