No recordings between 10pm to 4 am almost every night. Help?

We are having no recordings in our system from around 10PM to 4AM almost every night lately. Is there a fix for this? it used to happen only once in awhile but lately is quite frequent. We also have times when 1or 2 out of 4 cams go quiet for an hour or two, then they start recording again. We know there is movement as 3 cams are pointed in same area, but only 2 get the motion and it is not always the same camera going quiet.

Hi ksss11,

 

Are you using custom mode or schedule mode? Try testing using the "Armed" mode during that time to see if it records or not.

We have always had it on 'Armed' mode as that's how it set up and we don't want to screw it up by trying the other modes. It has gotten better in the last week or so.
